Atrocious customer handling by Aussie Call Representative

Just wanna share my experience calling the Jetstar call centre.... Due to work commitment I often fly with Jetstar as they offer tremendously cheap flights. No matter how good the competitives are, flights are much more cheaper that Jetstar. But well sometimes Tiger Airways tends to me way cheaper but as u can see they're not so punctual than Jetstar even Virgin Blue arent. Well maybe there a hick up here and there and its just common. Im immune to that cause Ive been all of my life. Not even the best airlines would be able to avoid schedule change.
But here's a delightful story which might leave your jaw open. Every now and then i make a booking through the booking centre which i dun mind paying the booking fee of $20 rather than to trust an unstable website on my credit card! Well..here it goes..i tell u im not creating stories but out of 10 calls 8 calls that were picked up by aussie agents are damn RUDE! There's no words to describe them. Sometimes they even hang up on me. They can be really absurd and ludicrous! I just cant tolerate them Aussie agents! I mean mate...We're aussie u know, should show some courtesy cause Jetstar is an Australian airline. We're representing Australia!!!
As u know that Jetstar also has it own call centre in Asia which im not sure the location is. But when the Asian agents picks up the calls, u can hear their sincerity, warmth, loving and care answering even of our question. Well sometimes I know we can understand their bollocks accents and all but hey its not their native language so cut them some slack! I salute the Asian agents for serving us demanding Aussie customers. Im ashamed to call myself Aussie, if this type of attitude from Aussie agents remains.
