Bad service

I am very pissed of from the service that I received. Booked a flight from Melbourne to the Gold coast around Christmas to travel after new year, received an email stating that my flight has been rescheduled to depart 30 minutes later. Fine. Accepted the changes and then received a call the next morning from someone claiming that my flight is cancelled, and I'm departing the next day. Couldn't really understand her all I could catch was her name " Jane " from Jetstar , flight cancelled. I asked her to repeat what she said because I couldn't understand, and she said , what, can't hear what I'm saying? WTF ?!?
I asked to be spoken to someone else but she said call back at 131538 and provide booking number. Fine I actually called back later because I was quite busy in the loo. The guy that picked up said my flight is not
Cancelled, but was overbooked. Option are to get a refund or move to a qantas flight which depart 30mins later, I accepted it and was told I will not received a confirmation because they had sent my name to the qantas reception at the check in counter.. Went there the next day to catch that flight and to my surprise I was not booked on that flight, adv me to call reservations to check, was on hold for atleast 20 mins before someone picked up the call and before i could say anything, the person straight put me on hold.. Waited for 15 min before I gave up, booked a flight with tigers and flew with them..
Called back at night and was told will do a customer relations lead and will be contacted back within 5 working days and will receive a travel voucher of 100aud .. It's now 2 working days, let's just hope if they do call me back..
