I paid for a business class airfare .the seats were small the media [old Ipads]were broken and the staff were so busy I was only able to get one drink . The food served was so bad it was not fit to eat see pictures . It smelt even worse . Dont waste your money.Fly economy with any other airline is better.I travel six times a year around the world and have never been shocked by such bad catering and service .

They don't do refund, so I had to change the names of two passengers. They first called one of the passengers and said they got the consent. Then, as soon as I said they didn't speak English, they said they needed to call the passenger again, and they now demand a lot more information from the person who doesn't speak English!
And, the fee they charge for changing the names, is more than you buy new tickets!
Once you are hooked on, you are a lamb on the chopping board.
