Cancellation

They cancelled our flight and only notified me by sms a few hours before and did not try calling my mother who the flight was for till i rang, which was too late as she is at work and is about to catch a taxi to the airport. This will cost her, her booked accommodation, paid activities taxi rides and time. Companies won't let you cancel once booked without loss, but companies can do whatever they like. Constantly sik of the OZ companies such as virgin mobile, monopolisers suh as (telstra, Qantas/Jetstar and Energex). I'm making a complaint to the ACCC about them. I'M SICK OF WASTING MY TIME MAKING THEIR FAULTS KNOWN AND GETTING MY OWN JUSTICE.
