COCKROACH ON PLANE

Yesterday i flew from brisbane to cairns. As we were landing, a live cockroach started roaming around my aisle. Diagusting. I called the aviation department and they told me they dont take this complaints..so what the hell do they do? I must clarify, they told me complaints like this one had been filed before but since its not easy to prove, nothing can be done. I do have pictures, but they didnt care. I have also tried jetstar..to no avail. One cockroach probably* means that plane has a nest somewhere. Disgusting and unsanitary practices protected by a governemnt aviation department. Arent they supposed to regulate this? I am glad i am leaving australia and never coming back. Just not what I was expecting.

And so too is Australia ..

And so too is Australia .. good bye

Sorry but as much as we are

Sorry but as much as we are creeped out by crawling creatures they are better at survival than we are. If all you've had to deal with in Australia is a cockroach on a plane, you have been most fortunate indeed. ( not an Aussie here, I'm Kiwi, but not grossed out by a cockroach). Heck they are even in some Harbourside hotels in Sydney. We must all work to control them but will never get rid of them without killing ourselves off in the process

Maybe complain to the airline

Maybe complain to the airline instead of a government department?
