Booked a return flight from

Booked a return flight from Sydney to the Gold Coast via webjet. Page expired after entering payment details. Had to re-enter details very misleading ques on selection of departure origen as return flight presented first and had mistaken the origen and entered Sydney to Gold Coast instead of Gold Coast to Sydney. As a consequence of my online error I was advised by a customer service support person that I was unable to change the information I had provided and that I could not be reimbursed $ 230 for the cost of the flight. However I was informed that I could cancel the previous ticket purchased for an additional cost with no benifet to me but the airline. And that the next flight she could offer me was double in price. Called back and spoke to another customer service person and they offered me a $ 50 Voucher towards a future flight. I have knowlege and experience in customer service quality processes, I found the the experience all about making money, no allowance for customer mistakes, so simply made during a unfamilar online purchase. Not a happy customer.
