Jetstar is a cash cow for QANTAS they change your flights when every they want and when you let them know you can't make they time they will take your money any way they are the worst of the worst and the senior management do not care because somewhere in the small print they are covered why are they allowed to operate this way because they generate money for the governmental taxes and big pay checks for the ceo.
