Do not flight Jetstar in Vietnam... ripping off customers ! super-upset about the attitude of Customer service

Jetstar sucks big time, I bought a round-trip ticket for Hanoi - Hongkong and tried to change the trip to other days 10 minutes later. There are quite a few hidden fees which are ridiculously high. I found flights to switch to at the same price with the old ones but the customer service gilrs said there are no such prices in their system... I wil need to pay extra money anyway. feel super upset, it's not about the money (extra is 800K VND, not a big deal), the CS girls could not even clearly explain what the fees are ... but the attitudes and the way Jetstar is doing biz in Vietnam. it's nothing but ripping off customers...just ten minutes of changes and I am litterally forced to pay incredibly rediculous fees. F*CK YOU, JETSTAR... If Jetstar remain like this for the next two years, it is no doubt that you will be out of biz soon...
