jetstar worst airline in goverment stats !

I don't know any airline in New Zealand or Australia that gets feed back so bad as jetstar do on their facebook page and it is allways the same , nothing ever changes , customer service at jetstar is just an act to make people think they care !

Jetstar are the worst airline in Australia ( going by the official government stats ) for canceling flights and late departures and arrivals .
They cancelled over 1100 flights Last year !
But they had a 13 percent increase in passenger numbers last year over their whole fleet , so shit service must be what everyone wants !

You will see on the stats that tiger air is the best airline in australia for on time departures and arivals and not canceling fights , good on you tiger !
As you will see i have posted on here before , and no i don,t hate Jetstar as they do keep air prices down but what i dont like about jetstar is they make out that they care about you and again and again feed back proves they do not , the way this airline is run now i would never fly with them again .
Just today on their facebook page i read about canceled flights for no real reason and pasengers stuck in a plane for an hour because they can not organise a gate for the plane to dock at after a 5.5 hr flight and they do not even offer the passengers a free drink !
Even if you take out all the complants about fare charges ,there are just so many complants .
I read the Qantas Financial Result for 2011/12 it says this :( Jetstar reported record Underlying EBIT of $203 million, up $34 million or 20 per cent on the prior year. Ancillary revenues grew by 27 per cent and unit costs were reduced to record lows. Domestically, Jetstar continues to hold a clear leadership position in the price-sensitive market.)

so i realy think jetstar can lift their game abit when it comes to customer service ! they are making alot of money !
And lets not forget jetstar is 100% owned by QANTAS and jetstar is Qantas biggest money maker !

ps, just for kurt at jetstar, he pointed out to me they have monthly stats also and for the month of august jetstar had 0.7% flights canceled which made them the best airline out of the 4 main airlines in australia .
but i must point out they were still the second worst airline for late departures and arrivals for the month of August .
