Just tried to use your complimentary Voucher that you gave me for the screw over I got when your systems didn't work.. Thought I'd give you another chance and use it to book additional travel. Whatta ya know, your Voucher didn't work either. Eat a Sausage Jetstar, never flying you EVER, you are a frikkin joke!

james if you really want use the voucher you need post this on jetstar australia face book page , i pretty sure they will sort it out in about 3 to 4 weeks

I flew back to Ottawa, Canada on Nov. 23, 2012 from the Philippines only to find out that Jetstar is charging me $20.00 per kg on excess baggage. I paid $410 cdn dollar altogether for a 22 kg baggage. This is totally ridiculous and they wont give me any receipt. They said they will send it to my email and guess what? They sent me my itinerary in exchange for a receipt. That's a scam! I wish the transportation agency will look into it. They gave me a toll free number that doesn't work either. What a RIP OFF!!!There is no any airlines that charge that much. I WON'T FLY JETSTAR! DON'T FLY JETSTAR....
