LOST/DELAYED BAGGAGE

My baggage has been delayed for 6 days now, I flew from Melbourne to Sydney on the 8th of April. The baggage was originally lost, they called me and claimed it had been found on the 10th of April and was in Sydney airport, but couldn't give me any further information about the bag retrieval for some reason.

They called me each day from the 11th till the 13th of April telling me the same thing, that it was in Sydney airport but waiting on confirmation on when it would be delivered.

Later on the 13th they called again telling me that my bag wasn't actually in Sydney airport and are waiting to hear back via email from Melbourne airport, do you guys not have phones?

They called today to say they are still waiting on hearing from Melbourne airport. Its been a complete waste of my time and money, no one has offered me anything to help my situation.

None of the staff know any information about my baggage nor can they pass me onto someone who does know. Jet star doesn't communicate with one and other, can't they just call up melbourne airport and find out A.S.A.P where my baggage is?

is absolutely hopeless, you have my bag yet your so disorganised that you can't work out how to get it to me! Worst customer service in the world!!!

Save yourself the hassle and fly with a different airline.

I have posted this site on the jetstar facebook page I have posted it on Pinterest and also on my flickr so anyone who is my contact gets this site logo. I will continue to post it where ever I go I was even thinking of getting it printed on a Tee Shirt so I could wear it when I go through Changi Airport.
I guess what I mean is we all just kept posting this website we could stop some people from getting caught by this crap Airline.
