Mr D Compton instead of Mrs D Compton

A mistake was made in the names on the booking. Jet Star had the booking as D cpmpton and D compton instead of D compto and Mrs D Compton. I am not a large person and need two seats. I phoned to change the names (the person was in the Philliphines), I was infomed that due to company policy it would cost me $A180 to change the name to my wife.(10 seconds on the computer). My return flight from Sydney was with Virgin who also had the same original wrong names. A phone call and the mistake was corrected at no cost. I have been a regular passenger with Qantas and Jet Star in the past but no longer. Your customer service STINKS.

Last 3 times I have booked

Last 3 times I have booked with Jetstar they have cancelled the flight. These things happen. The first time at the airport they rescheduled us onto a later flight 2.5 hours later. There was a Virgin flight leaving shortly& as we were already at the airport we asked for a refund so we could buy a ticket on this flight. Jetstar advised our delay wasn't long enough for a refund.
Time 2 & 3 Jetstar again cancelled & emailed to advise we were on a flight 3 hours later. I rang & asked if I could be put on the flight that left closer to our originl departure times. Jetstar advised that these flights were full even though these flights were still available on their website. Took 2 calls & 30 minutes on the phone to get nowhere.
Their customer service is hopeless.
