It would have made no

It would have made no difference if you called 30 seconds later or 72 hours later. The answer would have been the same. The same answer you will get if they reply in 15 days. Once you part with your money you are in their hands and these scums have no mercy. They will milk you for what they can get. It may be cheaper to forget the tickets (if you really can't use them) and keep your eyes open for a good deal from any other airline. Buying your ticket is only the beginning of the nightmare. It continues with flight changes, cancellations, and rude and despicable customer service at the airport and during flight. Just keep away from this airline. The little saving is just not worth the hassle.

It's a shame that what should have been your great first experience overseas is ruined by your bad choice of airline. You should have visited this site first. Hope it works out for you eventually.

Are you a Aussie ? If you are

Are you a Aussie ? If you are you have just been shafted by your own national airline , because jerstar is owned and operated by Qantas , you got no chance winning this battle , the only way is if you can show they breached their terms and conditions and even then you have to keep up the attack for about 3 months , that's how I won my case with them , and I say attack because it is just like going to war , good luck :)

Hi. You might consider

Hi. You might consider taking the outbound flight from Aus to Bali with JetNOstar and then try and find a cheap one-way return ticket with another airline. I am guessing it would be far cheaper than paying huge change fees. Good luck! Marcel
