Not Qantas! Should not be an allowed code share partner

do not accept an itinerary which includes a leg with a Jetstar airlines (I was assured this was ok as it is a "Qantas code share") it is not Qantas!! and does not honor Qantas baggage allowances. After a long complicateD drama en route from HNL to CNS I had to buy a business class ticket on the spot in Narita just to get prepaid baggage allowances to Oz - all my field gear. Even the "business class" on their horribly configured 787 was terrible. It is the worst airline ever. Call support horrific. They use a miserable cargo gate with no amenities in Narita . The ground crew was rude and unorganized sending me back and forth to Qantas at terminal 2 from terminal 3.
