Not really a complaint, but a story I thought y'all would appreciate.

I measured my luggage, and found that it was slightly too big. So I called Jetstar to see what could be done. The representative I spoke to said she couldn't help, as it was "the airport's discretion."

So I called Auckland airport. They said, "it's definitely not up to us, who would say that?" I told them I was flying Jetstar. The lady at the airport said... and these are her words exactly...

"Not them again, I'm sick of this... Did you call the 0800 number? Don't listen to that call centre, don't you know it's in the Philippines?

Priceless. I'm starting to think their not even a real company.

Well yes stuck in perth airport, plane 25 hours late . So a voucher givin to us all $250, cuming to collect voucher you gest it jet star not houner it , Iam working in mining so as far jet star dig a hole once for all . Not flying again with them

Michael you called Auckland Airport, not Jetstar at Auckland Airport. It's not up to them, it's up to airline staff. Obviously the Jetstar call centre is giving out the general Auckland Airport number (unnecessarily) and that woman was tired of it.
