booked a couple of tickets to Singers for November. In the last 3 weeks Jetstar changed our return dates/time twice. Why? Once they offered return flight through Bali, second time a day later. What's the point of having a bookable flight schedule when they don't want you to fly. Won't book again. Since I mentioned to friends and family about flight changes everybody had a story to tell and nobody is flying with them again.

Evelin, you are entitled to get your money back. And if I were you I'd get my money back and move on to any airline rather than this shonky one. Most probably they will reschedule it again if it doesn't suite them again. Of course you will be told that you are not entitled a refund as these are "minor changes". I was given the same run around last year but I took them to court and won my case on the basis that the new (rescheduled) flight is significantly different to what I purchased (http://www.dontflyjetstar.com/complaints/result-my-law-suite-against-jet...).
Please don't fly these jokers again. Life is too short to go through this much stress just to get somewhere.
