** Only way to get Jetstar to lift their game **

The only way we can get anything done about the deplorable customer service from Jetstar and others is to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs.
Consumer Affairs have told me that they will only take action against a business if they receive large numbers of complaints which then trigger an alarm. If each and everyone who has posted on this site lodges a complaint......we might get Jetstar to lift their game!!
Below is a list of web site addresses for each Consumer Affairs complaint page in each state.

Consumer Affairs is a

Consumer Affairs is a toothless tiger, unforgivably JETSTAR is probably operating within the laws that our government has allowed us to be subjected to under international agreements. I don't think consumer affairs is the answer, more like a senate inquiry or even a royal commission into all airline practices, the way all of them treat their customers is wrong, the minute you enter an airport you basically have singed over any rights and your dignity to the airlines, the bully boys at customs and the ass clowns at immigration. I was delayed in Sydney for 5 hours and they wouldn't even allow us to check in so we could go thru customs and have a seat and eat, we had to wait in the check in area, when I complained I was told that if I caused a problem I would be removed from the terminal,,,, complete fools we are to allow ourselves to be treated like this.

Jetstar incidents need to be

Jetstar incidents need to be collated and a smart lawyer enticed to fight a class action. I would not care if his fee was 100% of the judgment. I would be happy with Jetstar having its ears pulled by an Honorable Judge to the tune of a few million.

Thanks LEE TURNBULL I have

Thanks LEE TURNBULL I have lodged a complaint with Queensland Office of Fair Trading. Lets see where it goes

Also might be worth writing

Also might be worth writing to Senator Nick Xenophon. The same principle applies. The more complaints the sooner and more likely there'll be a senate inquiry. Write to:
