Punished Like A Child

so we decided to take a trip to sydney for a cousins engagement over the weekend.
Leaving Friday the 10th @ 18.05 flight JQ524.
As there was 7 of us traveling, 4 adults, a 4 yo, a 3 yo and an infant we decided to get there nice an early.
We checked in without a problem and walked to gate 27. Boarding started and we lined up to get on board. When we got to the ticket scanning attendant my mobile rang. I answered the phone but i got a snaring remark from Alison the ticket lady " the phone needs to be off!!!" As far as i know i'm pretty sure i can have my phone on at the terminal. I let that go.
So we give her the boarding passes, my wife held 5 and the in-laws had their 2. So when Alison asked how many travelling , my wife answered 7. Alison then proceeded to tell us that we only had 5 passes. While attempting to explain to her that the other 2 passes are with the in-laws just behind us she was already telling us to stand aside.
I asked her what the problem is and why we have to wait aside? She said she had to investigate the passes. I replied that this wasn't the "Spanish Inquisition" but a rather simple boarding process. & passes, 7 travelers. Why do we have to wait to get on board?

Little did i know that this was to snowball in to a major incident. Another lady by the name of Kirby decided to flex her muscle.
They know that most of us don't want to miss a flight and they use it against us.
Anyways Kirby comes over and says, "That's it i'm not letting you on the flight!". In a calm manner I asked her why? I stated that i am not intoxicated, abusive, loud or a threat in any manner. She proceeds to tell me because i am a smart ass and until i apologize i am not getting on the plane. Now at this stage it's 17.50 and the plane is departing at 18.05 and i really don't want to miss the flight as my wife would kill me if we missed the engagement. So i put my ego aside and apologize.

Now you would think that's where the saga stops. Oh no, that was not good enough for Kirby. I wasn't sincere enough for her.
She went to embarrass me further in front of the rest of the travelers and my family by telling that " If i keep acting like a child she would PUNISH me like a child" and i will be the last to get on the plane. Keep in mind after they told me to move aside the only words that came out of my mouth were just questioning why was aside and the apology.

I am very vindictive and for that i have made it my mission in life to make both Alison's and Kirby's employment with Jetstar as unpleasant as possible in the foreseeable future.

Also i am going to vote with my wallet. I will sell all my qantas shares, close all my qantas cards and membership scheme and neither me or my family will ever travel with and qantas or any other subsidiary such as jetstar or even 49% owned pacific airlines.
