Qantas was govt owned, staffed by public servants. A burocracy of the worst kind. That legacy remains. I'll never refer to their pathetic offshoot again as anything but "Shitstar"; "Shitstar", it has a real "ring" to it. Quite literally if you take a moment to think about it. I only hope it catches on, you utter bastards ..."mate". (and don't waste too much emontional energy on them guys, the pricks are just not worth it).

I am not a fan of this airline in fact i have a few comments on here they are shocking, but if your late 30 seconds your late and thats the rules. I work as a Coach Driver and its never sorry we were late its always you left us behind.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. A booked flight - paid and now cancelled by Jet star. Perth to Bali is now still flying, but not for me because apparently the back lock on missed out flights. Pure Jet star we will make all friends aware to book with a reliable carrier with spare planes for emergencies. Good help if one or more plane have technical problems.
