Staffs are racist and customer service is unbelievable sucks

I tried to pay check-in luggage before I did on-line check in. Don't know why that the system seems failed to charge me. And when I did check-in at desk, a blonde hair lady at 34 desk at Sydney domestic Terminal was sooooo rude. I guess she was being racist as I am an Asian. She asked me pay $50 for check-in luggage, and the way she spoke to me is very rude and with aggressive attitude. I only had a suit case and actually it is quite empty inside. So I said I would not pay for it, I prefer to fly with no luggage. And she laughed at me and told me that people couldn't leave things at airport, I have to pay it.

Eventually, another staff said I could leave my luggage at her desk. Actually the policy does mention that people can't leave stuff at airport. My cousin works for an airline company, and he said that is unbelievable that is happened to me, besides, he was shocked that a staff rejected to tell people her name and working number if customer want to make a complaint.

I called customer service to complain, then they said that I can get $25 voucher and that is expired in 6 month. However, I never received it. I am actually not sure do I still need to call them to ask where is my voucher and complain again, or just no need to waste my time as customer service is also suckes.

Due to fly to bali today and the dreaded message comes from jetsar...your flight has been cancelled. So we wait on what they call their customer service line to be offered an alternative. A flight the next day at the same time and a lousy $50 voucher to fly with this second rate airline at another time. Do they consider tranfers from home to the airport or tranfers to our hotel in bali or the wasted money on our first nights accommodation or the fact that our trip is now shorter. NO. This is the first time ive booked with jetstar for many years due to this happening 4 times previously. Jetstar is not customer focussed in the least, its about time we all stood together and used alternative airlines and put this airline where they belong....out of business!
