Tell lies to there customers

Hi

This is my story thought I would support a local carrier well not any more there staff are taught to Liston there customers I want everyone to be made aware do not support this cramps airline you get what you pay and there motto being a budget everyday carrier is what they are

I was booked to fly home from Brisbane today Monday 10th June JQ563 at 10.40am and got a call on Saturday 8th June from jetstar saying the flight had be downgraded and cancelled and the only flight available would be a 8am or a 10.40pm flight

They must think people would not check to see if the original flight I was booked on would be departing well guess what it actually departed

So jetstar senior executives please explain why you and your staff lie to your customers that pay your income

Never flying with these assholes again
