Unauthorised Transaction on credit card

We had made a booking online, when I was at the payment page I had a travel voucher to use, so I entered the voucher number which gave no error to say it would not acceptable, then because the flight total was $16.00 over the voucher value I entered by credit card details to pay for the balance. 2 days later I checked my credit card to find that JS had charged my credit card for the full amount of the flights, and didn't take up the voucher. Once again JS ERROR is not fixed. and I still have not received a refund. for their UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION. OVERCHARGED. Still not refunded even though it was supposed to be excalated.

This hopeless mob seem unaccountable to anyone. Good luck getting anywhere with these incompetants..

Well, I suppose the good news

I would not recommend this airline to anyone! Well, I suppose the good news is that we had 2 more days in Bali! The bad news is that we were packed and ready to leave hotel when we are messaged that the flight was cancelled 'due to weather'! (Shouldn't that be 'bad weather' - everywhere has 'weather'!?) Amazingly enough, no other flights from Bali to Perth had been cancelled. We have been told that Jetstar do this all the time - not enough people on the flight, just shift them all until the following days' flights are full - in our case 2 days away! Not only that, our flight to Bali was delayed by 8 1/2 hrs. Great, we got an apology, still had to pay for a cup of tea on the plane though!

Was worth the extra email to head office and other email addresses I found on this site. Thank you for the email addresses.
Not the first one listed (it didn't go anywhere) but after telling them I will take legal action if nothing is done, I received an email the next morning, full of apologies, their reputation is damaged to me and unable to be undone . This was their error and it shouldn't take 15 days to reverse an unauthorised transaction. as per their conditions. Ask to get your matter excalated. and make some noise at head office.
