Where do I start

Jetstar have no right to be in business. Clearly management don't care about anyone but themselves and their bonuses based on profit and savings. Actually I would not have a problem with this is the service was outstanding but it's not. In fact it makes Aeroflot look good. I really don't know where to start. Customer service, waiting half and hour just for answer (which never happens) I called them 6 times in the space of 2 weeks, a website that is inaffective in delivering any information of value and a management team (middle and senior) that clearly don't care about their customers and who hide behind a 131 number. Surely there has to be something that the public can do to make Jetstar accountable for their actions. Maybe a class action for breaking service contacts. I travel to Japan every 2 months or so and I'm amazed at now much they get away with. There are some good people at Jetstar but their reputations are being ruined by a business that doesn't care. Low cost carrier or not there is no excuse for this level of bad service.

it is really unbelievable but true jetstar bosses dont give a shit they just think someone else will catch a flight, but we have to stop .I will never fly jetstar again , i dont care how cheap they are service is shit and as they cancelled my flight they will never get that chance again

lol bronco. Just wait till the next carrier cancels your flight. It's bound to happen eventually. Virgin blue canceled the most flights of any airline in Australia in 2010. Give them a try. I really think that you all expect too much. I fly Jetstar all the time and never have an issue. Polite staff, good prices, they allow alot of carry on baggage weight (more than others) and I'm usually away on time. Maybe you should choose my flights.
