Worse than Soviet era Aeroflot

I booked a Friday afternoon flight from Wellington to Auckland for the grand price of $69 for my wife and I - first time we have been anywhere near this pack of conmen posing as an airline.
Shortly after my booking we found that we had to travel on the Friday following my booking so I rang JokeSter to see about shifting the original booking a forwards.
The nice young lady in the call centre said that that would not be problem but it would cost $100 each. I said I may as well go back online and book for $69 each. She then told me the flight I wanted to shift to was $100 and basically I could take it or leave it. With little option I took it and handed over my credit card details just she was saying 'Thanks' my wife found the flight online was $69 - I did protest loudly but she just kept saying that '$69 is the online price - I can only see the $100 price on my computer'. I protested ever more loudly but it was getting me nowhere fast and gave up.
We turned up for my $169 flight to Auckland at the appointed time and, par for the course so I have found out, the staff were a surly bunch of 'yoofs' and the plane took off 45 minutes late. Having travelled behind the Iron Curtain before its demise I can honestly say that the east European airlines of a quarter of a century ago were better that JokeStar - NEVER AGAIN !!
