Another Jetstar scandal. It's not only their customers they treat like shit but their staff as well. I wish they never ever existed! Never seen such a stubborn bunch of people!

What an Utter Disgrace

-we have a 0730am dept from Melb for a"connection" 10 hours (that's TEN) later ex SYd for HNL booked through a travel agent who at the time had no access nor exposure to "connection".

Jetstar's arrogance included foreign "Customer service" representives who have a very poor grasp of
Engrish and who could only offer me a better connection at $1000 per passenger.

When the issue escalated to senior operative "Kay" she apparantly reported to noone as no matter what I said, or asked, there was no one more senior to whom I could refer my issue.

She would neither confirm nor deny my right to board the flight in SYD without using the MEB-SYD sector and again had none to refer me to for a clarification. (Assuming I would use Tiger at under $100 ea)

A totally rude and disgraceful front door to an airline I WILL NEVER EVER use again and recommend to all friends acquaintces they act similarly for fear of a similar experience.

I hope QANTAS never falls to this level.
