Zero customer service

Typical of Jetstar. It is what I expect of their continuing low standards. Once again they excelled. Despite having to put up with smaller leg room than other carriers and having to pay for everything as an extra you may at least expect some customer service. Wrong! After the staff took more time than it should have to offer a drink and food to passengers (for a fee of course) where were they for the rest of the flight? At the back of course where they remained for most of the entire flight reading magazines, drinking coffee and idly chatting. Absolutely no customer service. Disgusting. And that is the reason I will never fly Jetstar given the choice (someone else booked this ticket).

My last torturous flight (had

My last torturous flight (had no option for another carrier) the "Cabin crew" stood around chatting loudly and picking fluff from their black tights for the entire flight!!
That was after the very rude steward accused me of deliberately throwing my empty paper cup on the floor after it fell of my tray accidentally. Having paid a premium for Row 1 seats its just lovely to have a bit of abuse from the crew. He was the head steward and was frantically looking up his book all the time as he had no idea what he was doing or what messages to read out in some jumbled form of Indian English. NIGHTMARE!!!
