My wife & I originally booked a flight to Bali for May 2017 we had to change that date because my wife's father was diagnosed with cancer from asbestos (terminal) so I changed the dates to October and Jetstar felt the need to charge me another $170 ! then I had to change flight dates again due to my father in law passing away (funeral etc..) to May 2018 and was charged extra again. There was no EMPATHY from Jetstar at all !!
Yesterday I received an email from Jestar stating they have changed my flights to different dates in May ! which means now I have a sleep over in Melbourne & Sydney at our EXPENSE !! they didn't give a shit about that at all no offer of any compensation at all not even a packet of peanuts on the flight !!! I also had to arrange an extra couple of days for our dog at extra COST, change my travel insurance at Extra COST !!!
No reason was given when asked why ?? I work hard for my dollar and now I am out of pocket thanks for fucking nothing Jetstar !!
