Jetstar strikes again. Another Sunday evening flight cancelled which is getting to be quite a habit Jetstar. You’re getting quite the reputation for your very poor service.
At least five times now my family have had flights cancelled at short notice and no options offered as a solution.
Your online chat service is a JOKE very rude and unhelpful staff.
Happy to reap the profits and pack people in like sardines but not offer a good reliable service, I think you’ve even surpassed Tiger Air as being extremely unreliable with a reputation for cancelling flights at short notice.
