Our daughter has had a relapse of her mental illness and as her carers we need to cancel our 3 return flights from Melbourne to Sydney.
The official response is NO REFUND.
The flights are still over 2 weeks away so they could still fill the seats.
Daylight robbery!!!!
Will consider other airlines in future.
