I have received an email cancelling my flight just 2 weeks in advance as they have changed their operational plan. No options have been given and the telephone number given for queries has a recorded message saying that it is the wrong number! The email address given for contact is ignored.
I am left with no way of contacting these cowboys and they clearly don't care at all about their customers.
I will never use Jet star again and will tell everyone I know not to use them. How can you trust a Company that changes its flights for their own gain without considering their customers or offering any assistance or alternatives.
DO NOT USE JETSTAR - You cannot trust them.
