Recieved a cancellation notice on my flught to Adelaide this morning. Merry bloody Christmas. I do have an alternative flight on Qantas but it is 4 hours later which ruins all my family plans.
All you get is a text saying sorry. Not sorry bad luck. Operational issues. Runing peoples family plans on Christmas day is appalling.
