Arrived at the domestic terminal well over an hour before what I believed to be a domestic flight. Silly me, the flight was leaving from the International terminal. I should have known that, even though my itinerary made NO mention of this fact. Rushed over to the international terminal and got there just under an hour before the flight. My flight was on the departure screen right up until I got called to the counter when it disappeared. Officer asked his supervisor if he called check me in regardless - NO - she was extremely rude, arrogant and condescending to both him and me. I was re-scheduled on a flight FIVE HOURS later and to make me really laugh, I had to go back to the domestic terminal. AND to cap it all off, I was hit with a further $70 fee for the privilege.
