I have been trying to book a flight to Hobart from Melbourne for over 1 hour now on the internet. Get through all the procedure, typing in the day, the time, finding a seat then. Try to pay for it no such luck! Jetstar will not accept my payment....Try again, must be a simple error. One & half hours later, frustrated & angry just can't pay for it. I have tried three times tonight, and three times this morning at 6.30a.m ...was late to work because of it. Thought don't worry try the phone, Can not get them........Looking towards Virgin over the Tasi Island instead. Maybe even the Spirit. Really frustrated with Jetstar. Irritated Judy
