heartless customer service

My parents' flight was 2 hours late, so my mother had to stay up until 4 am. Having lack of sleep, she got sick and passed out on the plane. There was a bit of a panic on the plane. After she regained consciousness, my father then asked for some hot tea for my mother. The stewardess gave an really small cup of tea and asked for 3.50, knowing what happened! That's why the fee is so cheap, because you get no customer service whatsoever. No common sense! I know you get what you pay for, but this just crosses the line. As a result, they also missed their connecting flight. Also they got charged 80 dollars for having overweight luggage (4kg over for 2 people). I flew Tiger Airways, and twice I had my luggage over by 2kg and they didn't say anything.
