i support dont fly Jetstar, horrible customer attitute

Booked thru the tickets from Qantas website using QFpoint, confused by the paperwork with Qantas logo and mistakenly went to Qantas counter, advised by a nice Qantas lady go straight to Jetstar service desk and still have chance to get on the flight. It was 10.09am.
Arrived Jetstar service desk, got shout by a lady immediately ‘’ you got to step behind the queuing point’’
I complied and apology with my urgency.
Finally served by another lady, explained my late situation for flight on 10.30am and got rejected straight away and advised the latest flight is tomorrow.
‘’please can you do something about it, I got to get to Launceston today’’
The lady replied in an unpleasant tone ‘’ either you listen to me or I listen to you, nothing I can do’’
So I said ‘’ You got to be kidding me, can you please do something to help me out here at least, can’t you ring to Qantas and see if they have flight to Launceston today. All I need is a flight to Lanceston today and I am willing to pay for it again’’
The lady added ‘’we have no related to Qantas’’
I then said ‘’ if you are not related to Qantas at all, why this flight paperwork with Qantas logo on it?’’
The lady sitting next to her then told me in a strong voice ‘Madam if you are not going to clam down, I will call the security and you will not be able to board on any flight’’
I don’t know what offence her anyway, I was simply seeking help from her to ring to Qantas to see if there any flight available just for today only. I already said I am willing to pay.
During my experience torturing by these two so called customer service representative, my husband went to Virgin Blue counter and bought another two tickets from VB and we went for holiday happily.
My friend told me about this website today, I don’t know who create this website but would like to thank you allowing us to post our bad experience about Jetstar.
I will never support Jetstar, this is the first time and I hope this is the only time that I have to board with Jetstar.
