I was humiliated

I made my reservations and then I decided to add extra luggage, I ran the people from that company and stated that I was going to be over the limit so I had to pay the extras. No problem there, once I arrived to Sydney I was told that I had to pay an additional $160 because I was over the limit, I stated that I had already paid and the woman from the counter told me that I had to go to the front desk. "That was ridiculous", I thought but I decide to go to the counter and try to do it as fast as I could or I would miss my flight... I was very, very wrong. The red tape and sarcasm was on full action that day, I was told to pay and that I had to pay because I had to pay!
To add insult to injury they made me go and collect my bags because I was not allowed on the plane until I had paid, according to them "the money I owed them", they made me call my wife, friends so they could send me the money..... but it was too late and I missed my flight, I demanded a refund and was denied, and then, the humiliation process began. I was told that they could book me on a flight to the gold coast but I had to come up with the money, I kept on insisting, and showed them that I had paid for the extra luggage but they carried on with the "you don't pay, you don't fly", the Manager then advised me that if I wanted to get on the flight I had to get rid of some of my belongings, such as clothes and presents for my children and wife.... I was horribly depressed and I could not believe the coldness of the manager's voice when she said to me that "many people have to do it anyway".....
I asked for a garbage bag and they presented me with a transparent bag which I had to proceed to fill on front of everyone while they were watching and smiling. they could not even provide me with a normal black bag! they HAD to see what I was throwing away on front of all the public!!
3 times I had to go and weight my stuff and forced to get rid of more and more personal items until the Manager decided I was ok to fly..... 5 hours later..........
Who are those people? why do they treat people like that?
But my story does not end there unfortunately, once on the plane I decided to try to sleep so I could forget the horrible experience, and once I had my eyes closed, one stewardess LITERALLY slapped me on my shoulder and asked me: "are you gonna get somethin' to eat or drink?".... seriously folks, I travel to CAnberra back and forth a damn lot and I have never been treated like that in my life..... I feel humiliated and they cannot take the feeling away from me that easy.
I hope that A Current Affair or Today Tonight checks this website so they can do something..... otherwise, I believe in karma.... and those people will deserve what is coming to them.
