Irresponsible at customer's satisfaction. Worst service.

I had a flight previously from Sydney - Goldcoast at 9 Jan 2018, 6 PM and a return flight from Goldcoast - Melbourne at 11 Jan 2018 in 11 AM.

At first, SYD-OOL flight was delayed for an hour and that was totally fine. But suddenly it was cancelled due to the weather even no longer after that the rain was stopped. I was totally understand about it, but this is the 2nd times I chose Jetstar and both was cancelled their flight with several reasons.

I expected something that Jetstar gonna be offer to their customer for their satisfaction.

They offer the next day flight to Brisbane at the afternoon ( I wanna to Gold Coast not Brisbane).
And they also offer me a flight to Gold Coast at night ( What's the point visiting Gold coast just to spend a night and will be home at the next day at the morning?).

I cancelled airbnb and everything tho

How they offered me those choices were so rude and kinda ask me to be hurry to make the decision.

They just didn't understand that I had a family occasion at 10 January at Gold Coast and they ruined all.

When I asked a compensation kindly for the wasted OOL-MEL tickets that worth a lot, they didn't give any response but shift gears and throw me and consider my opinion as a trash.

Called for many times, never answer.
Live chat for several times, just gave a vague replies.
Came to the office directly, didn't give a warm welcome, kinda "kicked me out" and said "try to CALL and LIVE CHAT".

Didn't ask for refund just ask for the compensation because it wasn't my fault but literally Jetstar just made my scheduled ruined and changed and didn't take any responsibility on it.

We didn't take anything from you Jetstar,
YOU took a huge amount of our money just for nothing.
