My advice... record all names, dates, times of the calls you make.
Jetstar have NO shame!!!! They changed my flight from Darwin-Ho CHi Minh direct after I had booked all hotels and coordinating flights, to a diversion to Singapore with a 10 HOUR stop over,
At least 3 member in thier dodgy call centre told me I would get a $250 voucher for me and my husband..I have just spoken to them after 6 weeks and around 15 phonecalls and now it is $50!!! WTF?!?!
5 weeks ago, I asked to split the flights for a longer stopover so we could catch some proper Z's in a Singaporean hotel (to be paid by us presumably) and they said no, I spoke to a 'supervisor' (yeah right) and they advised I send a complaint through the webite... what a brush off... I received a case number but no response! Thanks Jetstar.
There is some comfort in knowing I am not the only one to get the moronic treatment from Jetstar
No wonder Qantas are stuggling, associating themselves with these clowns!
