JETSTAR SHOULD RENAME THEMSELVES "SHITSTAR"

jETSTAR DO NOTHING BUT SHIT ON PEOPLE. wE HAD FLIGHTS BOOKED TO A SPECIAL FAMILY OCCASION ON THE 1ST DEC 2011. 10 DAYS AGO WE GOT A CALL SAYING OUR FLIGHT OVER WAS CANCELLED. WE EITHER HAD TO GO A DAY BEFORE OR A DAY AFTER. IF WE GO A DAY BEFORE I HAVE TO TAKE MORE TIME OFF WORK WITHOUT PAY AND WE HAVE TO GET EXTRA STAFF TO WORK IN OUR BUSINESS (MORE MONEY WHICH I DON'T SEE JETSTAR OFFERING TO COMPENSATE). A WEEK LATER WE HAD EN EMAIL FROM JETSTAR TO SAY OUR FLIGHT HOME HAS CHANGED BY 5 MINS. TRIED TO CONFIRM VIA EMAIL BUT TO NO AVAIL. RANG JETSTAR WHO INFORMED ME THAT FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AS WELL. SHE (BEING SOME CHICK IN THE PHILLIPENES) TOLD ME OPTIONS WERE AN 8 HOUR STOPOVER OR THE DAY BEFORE OR DAY AFTER. NONE BEING SUITABLE. RANG BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH OUR OPTION TO BE TOLD THE FLIGHT WASN'T CANCELLED. SO OUR RETURN FLIGHT STAYED THE SAME, BUT ONLY FOR ANOTHER WEEK, COS A WEEK LATER YOU GUESSED IT, I HAD A PHONE CALL FROM JETSTAR SAYING OUR FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED. OPTIONS ARE A DAY BEFORE, WHICH IS NOT AN OPTION, OR A DAY AFTER OR 8 HOUR STOPOVER. MORE TIME OFF WORK AND PAYING STAFF MORE OVERTIME. WHAT A BUNCH OF TOSSERS!!!
