Lousy call centre agents. No call log and calls are not recorded as informed.

I think is time Jetstar take serious training to improve the attitude of your vendor call centre agents. Bad experience 4 out of 5 calls to Jetstar hotline. When a question is post example to confirm if airport tax included from destination airport. None and none of the call agents I contacted was able to provide me a firm answer. Some did not bother to check with their senior and answer me "Sorry, I am not sure about this." Those who has checked and came back to me, "I do see there is a tax charge in your tickets. I am not sure if this is the airport taxes." I am able to get the answer as a firm Yes in the past but do not understand why not now. The same question was asked before and after my trip to confirm the agents lack of own airline knowledge. Gosh, Jetstar telesales and service agents do not seems to listen to what we are trying to ask and keep on talking and talking. Your vendor call center team leads are obviously not knowledgable enough to guide the team. Trainers have not given enough information to agents to service passengers on the basic queries like how to read the charges on the fares and definition of it. PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR CALL AGENTS ATTITUDE AND HAVE THEM FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOT JETSTAR. Do not ask me to write in and feedback, that does not work at all. The best you can do is a 50 dollars voucher.
