They simply don't care. The only way to beat them at their own game is to not fly with them. The only time this shambles of an airline will understand along with their arrogant and complacent CEO is to hit them where it hurts....in the pocket. Surely by reading the horrendous stories on this site will make people think twice about flying this apology for an airline. Jetstar, I hope you collapse and go broke.
