our first flight ex wellington was 3 hours late...they only have 1 plane in NZ......then on our return
trying to change a flight, which I had paid for.....(and the supposed free change) the net brings up error, contact call centre, I do , and they want to charge me $100 for changing it as I should be able to do it online...Jet Shit is right.
I look on line and see the same fare grade for the time I want available..... They tell me I am shouting...you thinK! of course I am shouting you are ripping me off....
My advise, don't fly jet star no matter what....we certainly won't
