Arrived at airport and when we tried to check in flight it had been cancelled. We were not given reason why. They didn't care that we had connecting flight back to London, they simply said all we can do Is refund, we explained how we desperately needed to get back in time to catch flight and asked them if they could help get us on a flight with another airline which they wouldn't do, I asked to speak to the manager, they wouldn't let me,, I asked the lady to write her name down, I didn't check the piece of paper but she hasn't. We couldn't get on to the other airline because it was full, except business class. We went back to her and said surely she can get us onto the flight on business class and we pay economy, of course she couldnt do anything she just kept saying all she can do is give us a refund. We are out of pocket and Nothing happens to them.
I was told by another flyer that if they don't have enough passengers they simply cancel the flight, I guess they don't give a fk about the passengers, they're a joke and I have told them I will find every travel website, Travel agent, etc and make sure people know not to fly this piece of sht airline.
