I made the mistake of booking internal flights with Jetstar in Viet Nam..... I was travelling with family and friends which meant I had to coordinate times with them for ongoing travel arrangements....Jetstar radically changed the times of the flights I had booked which made it impossible for. this to occur....the first telephone officer I spoke to said I would get a refund as it was Jetstar fault I couldn't coordinate my travel arrangements....that was the last positive contact I had with this failing tinpot organisation....from that point on I was given the runaround....big time....this disgusting company had no intention of refunding my money....nor willl they refund anyone else's money...so don't even bother to try..,.best thing to do....do not fly Jetstar....they are totally unreliable....put them out of business....now...
