One day me and my family got Jetstar tickets for business class to treat ourselves (big mistake). We showed up at the airport excited for our lie flat seats and upcoming holiday. We were at check-in when we got given the news. The flight before ours was canceled and the sunrise crew (news station people) all were given our seats so we got moved from business class to economy. They offered us a voucher as if we were ever going to fly with them again. Now me and my mother will make sure to take any chances to encourage people to fly with anyone but Jetstar.
