wrecked and wet baggage dirty aircraft plus cancelled flight

The aircraft needed cleaning, unpleasant smelling with rubbish on floor. On arriving at Hanoi and collecting our baggage we found that a brand new suitcase purchased in Singapore was effectively wrecked plus my own luggage was wet and water stained. I sent Jetstar a e-mail complaining about this however have not received a response even though they undertake to respond within 48 hours.

First leg on return trip Bangkok. Arrived at airport to find flight canceled. Had checked the day before to confirm flight all OK. No Jetstar staff at Bangkok airport to advise me their counters unmanned. As I had connecting flights in Singapore with Jetstar I had to purchases another ticked with another airline.

All up I rate Jetstar performance in service delivery extremely poor. Apparently they can't be bothered in communicating with their customers and take no responsibility for service delivery.
