All Bali flights cancelled today
Last Updated: 27/11/2017 04:38 PM
Flying conditions in Bali have worsened this morning due to the ash cloud from the Mount Agung volcano.
As a result, all our flights in and out of Bali for Monday, 27 November have been cancelled:
- JQ117 from Singapore to Bali
- 3K243 from Singapore to Bali
- 3K244 from Bali to Singapore
While these disruptions are frustrating, we will always put safety before schedule. We appreciate our customers’ patience. We will contact customers on affected flights directly over email and SMS to provide further updates. Customers can also check the status of you flight from the Flight status page on Jetstar.com or via our smartphone app.
Customers on cancelled flights
You will be contacted directly to advise you on how to rebook. If you are booked on a cancelled flight and wish to continue to travel, you should not change you booking.
If you do not wish to travel, you can request a credit voucher to the value of your booking. This can be done through Manage booking on Jetstar.com.
Once conditions improve and flights resume, we will operate additional recovery flights.
Update contact details
Customers travelling to or from Bali, including those booked via travel agents or travel websites, should ensure that we have their mobile phone number and email address. This will allow us to contact you. Your contact details can be updated through Manage booking on Jetstar.com.
