Ash cloud affecting Bali flights

Last Updated: 02/08/2016 12:20 AM

The ash cloud from the Mount Rinjani volcano in Indonesia has affected flights to and from Bali for several airlines, including Jetstar.

We have cancelled a number of flights scheduled for Monday, 1 August and early Tuesday, 2 August (see list below).

Our pilots and meteorologists will assess the latest information from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre early Tuesday morning and make a decision about flights scheduled for the rest of the day.

We will provide a further update by 9am on Tuesday, 2 August. Customers booked on Tuesday morning flights that do not appear in the list below should travel to the airport as usual.

We will always put safety before schedule and will only commence flying when it is safe to do so.

The latest flight details can be found on the flight status page on Jetstar.com.

We will be contacting customers on cancelled flights to book them on alternative flights.
