Ash cloud affecting Bali flights
Last Updated: 27/09/2016 10:37 PM
The ash cloud from the Mount Rinjani volcano in Indonesia has affected flights to and from Bali for several airlines, including Jetstar.
We have cancelled three flights from Australia to Bali and four flights from Bali back to Australia overnight (see list below).
Early Wednesday morning our pilots and meteorologists will assess the latest information from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre and make a decision about flights scheduled for the rest of the day.
We will provide a further update after 7am on Wednesday, 28 September. Customers booked on Wednesday morning flights that do not appear in the list below should travel to the airport as usual.
We will always put safety before schedule and will only commence flying when it is safe to do so.
The latest flight details can be found on the flight status page on Jetstar.com.
We have communicated directly with customers on cancelled flights via SMS and email. We encourage customers to ensure their contact details are up to date by logging into the Manage Booking page on Jetstar.com.
