Australian domestic and international services

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we have cancelled a large
number of our domestic and international flights through to the end of July
2020.
We're still flying a small number of domestic services to match demand and to
help transport freight, including medical supplies as part of the Australian
Government’s minimum domestic network.
Customers
can book at jetstar.com and are reminded that various quarantine restrictions
apply across states and territories.
We will continue to contact customers by email if
there are any impacts to their upcoming flight, and to let them know their
options, which include a credit voucher for the full value of their booking.
